Defibtech Lifeline AED Battery - 7 Year
Defibtech Lifeline 7-year AED Battery Pack Details:
The Defibtech Lifeline High Capacity Battery DCF-210 includes the primary battery DBP-2800 and the lithium 9-volt battery DAC-410. The primary battery DBP-2800 powers the AED's main functions, including analyzing and defibrillation during a rescue, while the 9-volt battery powers the AED's self-testing features. Together, these batteries form the Defibtech Battery Pack DCF-210.
Key Features:
- Stand-by Life: 7 years when installed
- Capacity: Can deliver up to 300 shocks or provide 1600 hours of continuous monitoring and rescue operations
- Guarantee: 4-year guarantee from the date of purchase
- Replacement: The 9-volt lithium battery needs to be replaced every 6-12 months, while the primary battery is rated for 7 years
Expiration Date: An expiration date is printed on every Defibtech AED Battery, located on the manufacturer's label affixed to each battery. Although the primary battery DBP-2800 is rated for 7 years, the 9-volt lithium battery will need to be replaced more frequently.
Battery Alerts: If either of the DCF-210 batteries needs to be replaced, the AED will chirp and the status indicator will flash red. To identify which battery is causing the alert, press the power button for 2 seconds and release. The AED will verbally indicate whether it is the 9-volt battery or the entire DCF-210 battery that needs replacement by stating either “replace 9-volt” or “replace battery.”
This ensures your Defibtech AED is always ready for use, with a reliable power source and clear indicators for necessary maintenance.
