Shipping Policy
1. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $149 or more within the contiguous United States. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping and Handling Fees
For orders under $149, a shipping and handling fee of $9.99 will be applied. This fee covers the cost of packaging, processing, and delivery.
3. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, a shipping and handling fee of $34.99 will be applied, regardless of the order total. Delivery times may vary based on location.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are as follows:
- Contiguous United States: 5-7 business days
- Alaska and Hawaii: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
5. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For special shipping requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
