AED Cabinet Size Options

Total AEDs Wall Cabinet is available in two sizes to accommodate various AED models – small and large. While all AEDs will fit in our large AED cabinet, the small AED cabinet is specifically designed for smaller AEDs, making it ideal where space limitations or aesthetics are a concern.

• Large AED Cabinet: Required for the following AED models:
  • All ZOLL AEDs
  • All Cardiac Science AEDs
  • All Physio-Control LIFEPAK AEDs
  • Defibtech Lifeline AEDs DDU-100, 110, 120, and 130
• Small AED Cabinet: Recommended for the following AED models:
  • All Philips AEDs
  • All HeartSine AEDs
  • Defibtech VIEW AEDs

AED Cabinet Alarm Options

Total AEDs Wall Cabinet offers three alarm system options:

• No Alarm option:

  • Ideal for AED storage in areas where an audible alarm is unnecessary and theft or vandalism is not a concern.

• Audible Alarm option:

  • A keyed alarm system that activates when the AED cabinet door is opened. The alarm continues to sound until the corresponding key is used to turn it off. With a high decibel level of 80-120 dB, this system deters theft and alerts those nearby of a possible emergency. Please note, as an industry standard, AED cabinets are not lockable to ensure AEDs are always accessible in emergencies.

• Strobed Alarm option:

  • Includes all features of the Audible Alarm system with the added benefit of a strobe light. This option is recommended for areas with high noise levels where an audible alarm alone may not suffice.
